UP Board Result: Govt Announced Class 10, 12 Evaluation Formula

Uttar Pradesh Education Board: The Uttar Pradesh government has recently announced a new formula for UP Board’s results evaluation of class 10 and 12 students. Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Dinesh Sharma said to the students of class 12th that 50% of the marks obtained in class tenth will be considered in class 12 evaluation, and 40% marks obtained in class 11th annual examination. and 10% weightage of marks obtained in half-yearly examination and pre-board examinations in class 12 will be considered.

Similarly, for class 10, 50% of the performance of the students in class 9 and 10% weightage of pre-board will be considered. This year a total of 56,04,628 students had registered themselves to appear for the board exams in Uttar Pradesh. However, due to the increasing influence of Corona in the country, almost every state had to cancel its board examination.

According to the Deputy Minister of Uttar Pradesh, a total of 2994312 students had registered themselves for the examination for class 10, of which 2974487 were regular students and 19825 were private candidates. And a total of 2610316 students had registered themselves for the class 12 examination of which 2517658 were regular students and 92658 were private.

Deputy CM said that this time there will be no merit list, and students who want to appear in the improvement exam can appear in the next board exam (2022) without paying the exam fee.
