The History of
The city of Jaipur was founded by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the King of Amer, on 18th November 1727. Vidyadhar Bhattacharya, the architect planned Jaipur based on the principles of Vastu Shastra and Shilpa Shastra.

The Hawa Mahal is a place in Pink City Jaipur, built from red and pink sandstones. The structure built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799. Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh was grandson of Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh.
Jal Mahal (Water Palace) is a palace in the middle of Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur City. The place was constructed by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in 1699.
